"rooms we checked in was terrible duty, which was uncomfortable to stay one night there, so we requested for refund without staying, but refused due to paid. Finally we moved to other hotel without refunded, anyway, we wont choose this place any further"

"The gentleman Andrew at the front was an amazing guy! Super friendly needs to get a raise! I wasn't there long but we had a really long drive and I was so tired when we got there I was having bubble brain but he got it all sorted for us !"

"We have stayed at the Fireside Inn many times over the years and I think it is looking old and not maintained as well as it should be. The staff were very accommodating at Tom's Place and Bistro Stefan in the morning (only open for breakfast during the week). There are no movies available on the tv in the room and our tv was at 82 in volume one morning, like it was possessed."

"Excellent breakfast; nice pool and hot tub. we arrived early and we were able to check-in early. lots of shopping and restaurants close by. parking was a little scarce but that was due to many workers trucks and large vehicles that took up multiple spots, nothing that the hotel could have expected. "
