This home offers fast WIFI, making it easy to stay connected and offers the convenience of self check-in. The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed and an en suite bathroom, complete with a heated bidet toilet seat for added comfort. The fully equipped and stocked kitchen, complete with a Keurig coffee maker, makes mealtime a breeze.

There is a bunk bed room for the kiddos, perfect for families with children, as well as an upstairs play room with a bean bag chair and Smart TV. Please note although we do have an EV plug, we do not have a charging cable. Please bring your own.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

--Pet Policy--
Pets are allowed. Pets are to stay off of all furniture, and you must pick up dog poop in yard. After you book please reach out to confirm the amount of pets you are going to be bringing with you. Thank you!

○ No early check-in or late check-outs.
○ No unregistered guests allowed.
○ No food or drinks in the bedroom.
○ Quiet hours after 10PM.
○ Fines apply for damaged furnishings.
○ If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back
○ Bookings within 24 hours of check-in will require driver's license prior to check-in
○ Local guests please contact me prior to booking.
○ Smoking is absolutely not allowed inside. $500 penalty will be charged to anyone who smokes inside or close enough to the house with a door or window open so that the house smells of smoke on the inside.
