"Overall cleanliness"

"Room was great. The Air conditioning turning off every time you walked out on the balcony was annoying. Maybe a time delay would be more appropriate. So if you left the door open it would turn off, but going out and closing the door immediately behind you turning it off, is ridiculous "

"Great motel, clean and tidy. Nice and close to shops etc. Not too far from everything, city, airport for example. "
