"We've overnighted here before while traveling, and likely will again. We don't use the pool, or workout area, however those were available 24-7 and the Continental breakfast was typical for Continental. It is pet friendly, although we don't have a dog.Our only issue was the person in the room next to us did have a dog that barked. That was NOT appreciated at 5:00 a.m. Our room (101) had a cracked wall mirror behind the bed, and several unrepaired screw holes in the wall in the bathroom, however it's a good value for what we paid."

"Super clean hotel. Front desk staff and GM are super helpful! Great fresh breakfast too! Will stay every time I’m in Beckley! No more old Marriott Courtyard. Debb"

"Room was very nice, except for shower curtain being way too long inside the shower. I have a hard time believing this is being cleaned between every stay. Elevator was not working, pool was shut down with no notice it was closed. Laundry wasn’t working. Was told we could use the hotel next door. Vents in room were really dirty. Had to ask for towels, toilet paper, and garbages to be emptied. Short staff. Manager did apologize, which did make us feel a little better. Is a lot to pay for what we were needing."

"Everything was great! I couldn't give 5 stars for the amenities because many of the restaurants and activities were closed because of the season."
