While we were there the elevator was broken. The staffed helped with moving luggage for checkin.
The place is a mess. In need of a full renovation, which they said was imminent. No working wifi, no hot water, dirty public areas. The staff was friendly and professional.

Staff are very nice. Hotel is very tired appearing. Peeling wallpaper, stained carpets. The elevator and wifi are not working.
There are signs that they are planning a major upgrade and hope that is the case.
They are apparently under renovations but none of this was conveyed during booking. The place obviously is in need of renovations, it is in very poor shape. The pool, hot tub and restaurant bar were closed. The only positive is the room was clean and neat.
Our room itself was clean and somewhat updated. The rest of the facilities clearly are in need of some TLC and updating. Breakfast items were very limited and some supplies like creamer were unavailable on the morning we ate breakfast. This hotel was priced a little bit cheaper than others in the area and for the timeframe we stayed. The staff noted that they were under new management and that hopefully upgrades would be coming in the future.

We stayed here after a long day of sightseeing and it was pretty nice. Bar and restaurant were no longer open but the breakfast buffet was pretty good. The whole place just kind of needs a makeover which we were told it was recently purchased by different owners that were looking to renovate and get back to it's original glory. I wouldn't shy away from here but also wouldn't say it'd be my only choice if there were different options. I'd give the new owners the benefit of the doubt though. The front desk girl although I forget her name was surely a go getter that should help make people want to stay there also. She was knowledgeable and very easy for us to talk to also helped us with a slight issue.
The rooms while falling apart, quite literally (wallpaper peeling, doors broken, walls cracked) we’re at the very least clean, bedding, bathroom etc, as much as they could be with extremely outdated furniture and fixtures. The black out curtains had multiple tears and holes in them so there was always light coming through the sheers. Definitely needs updated and a good deep cleaning throughout the hotel, the hall and entryway carpet was disturbingly dirty and stained. Everything was dusty and very outdated. Will definitely not be back. I will say the staff was very friendly.
This is a hotel in decline. Much of the property was closed off or in desperate need of repair. There are some parts where construction was being done, but I didn't get the impression work was being done consistently. Pool was closed, gym was laughably outdated. Restaurant/lounge was also shut down, as well as all vending machines. That being said I could tell they were trying their best. The room was clean, and the parts of the hotel that were open were also clean and orderly. I do hope they are able to finish repairs and get back up to speed, they have a lot of potential.

Wonderful staff, beautiful property in scenic area.
This is a great place to stay. There are many restaurants and towns close by. The hotel is quiet with friendly staff. It is extremely convenient to all the outdoor activities in the area. I would definitely recommend it.
