Finally after many attempts to contact Expedia customer “service”…they said the would contact site and approve a refund but then said the site was not answering phone and closed the file. "We had a great experience with Dawson Inn. The room was exceptionally clean and smelled fresh. The Manager, Lisa, was very friendly. There is a gas station and small store next to the hotel where we purchased made-to-order sandwiches and water on our way to the New River Gorge National Park. The hotel is 15 min away from the Sandstone Falls Visitor's Center. The price is right and a gem for those visiting the area or just passing through."
