"Enjoyed the clean, brand new property during our visit to Penang. It was a last minute change because of the location and it turned out we made the right choice. Everything was perfect from checking in to checking out. Service was excellent, every staff greeted us with smiles and was helpful. Loved the coffee in the lobby and the scent of the shampoo and body wash (wished I can purchase a set home.) They even provided us umbrellas on the rainy days. "Rummen var i uselt skick tyvärr. Personalen var väldig hjälpsamma men tyvärr var hotellet i väldigt dålig skick. Byggnaden var gammal så de kunde inte rusta upp hotellet med hiss och andra bekvämligheter. Till alla rummen fick man gå uppför en lång trappa vilket är ganska jobbigt när man har stora bagage att bära upp. Tyvärr uppkom många problem med rummen vi bodde på under vår vistelse och vi kände oss väldig besvikna.
