"We didn't do much shopping, so can't say. 7 11 was close by for little things we needed. The spa was nice, steam room and Thai massage. Staff were super nice and very helpful. Dining was very nice, service, food all great"

"The Centara Riverside provides good value for money, excellent service and very good facilities including a great outdoor pool. The hotel is a 10-15 minute Grab ride from the action at the centre of Chiang Mai. But our tours, one out of town and the other Mama Noi cooking class provided transportation from the Hotel. This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Centara Riverside and our 3rd stay at a hotel in the Centara chain. So, yes, we recommend it highly."

"Booked here very last minute due to a change in plans, and ended up LOVING the stay. From the moment you’re greeted out front to the minute you leave, everyone is so pleasant and friendly. The rooms, atmosphere, pool area, and dining are STUNNING, and the staff is so attentive and amazing. Room service was so amazing, and the cleaning was immaculate. It is a limited buffet with just basic fruits and salads. You can order other stuff for free from the breakfast menu but the choices are limited. "
