Mia welcomed me with open arms and helped me plan my trips to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh from A to Z in a very short time, organizing everything for me. Some might say, “Well, that’s normal” - but no, it really isn’t. She checked in with me every day via WhatsApp, asking whether the driver had arrived, if I had made it safely to the hotel, how I liked the trip, and more. Receiving this level of care and service is truly not something to be taken for granted, and I am very grateful to her. For this reason alone, this place comes highly recommended. "

"Many other good hotels in the area, so I don't think I will return to this hotel. Overall, the hotel is nice, in a quiet area which is close enough to the old quarter. Room was big and clean but with a musty smell. Pool and pool area are quite small and the water is cold. Pool menu is limited and overpriced. Did not take the breakfast as it was overpriced while there are alternatives around. "
