Completed in 2025, this stunning home combines contemporary mountain design with ultimate convenience and comfort. Perfectly situated just steps from the ski lifts in the heart of River Run Village, the property offers breathtaking views of the Snake River and surrounding slopes.

Guests can unwind in the private outdoor freshwater hot tub on the ground-level terrace or take a short 2–3 minute walk to enjoy the Dakota Lodge heated pool and hot tubs.

Ground Level

The entry level features garage access, half bathroom, a washer and dryer, and a bedroom with a king bed, mounted TV, and en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination—perfect for guests seeking convenience and privacy.

Second Level

Upstairs, the primary suite offers a king bed, TV, workspace, walk-in closet, air conditioning, and an en suite bathroom with dual vanities and a large walk-in shower. A second bedroom on this floor includes a king bed and TV, while the bunk room features three twin bunk beds. A guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo completes this level.

Third Level (Main Living Area)

The top floor boasts an open-concept living space with vaulted ceilings, a cozy fireplace, smart TV, air conditioning, and ample seating—perfect for gathering after a day on the mountain. The location is perfect! Top amenities would be the garage, hot tub, washer/dryer, and plenty of space for gear if you are skiing. The space was very clean, they had the plenty dishes/towels/etc for our group size, and all appliances worked great!
