  • This huge 1-bedroom penthouse condo boasts two oversized private balconies, soaring 12-foot ceilings, a separate bunk area, and the best view of the Mountain House slopes of any SkyRun condo! Make yourself at home in the living room with windows on 3 sides to soak in the glorious sun and the stunning views of the ski slopes and both Loveland and Montezuma passes. Curl up on the plush sofa and recliner and enjoy the flat screen TV or watch skiers on the slopes from the balcony. The well-appointed full kitchen is perfect for cooking meals at home and serving a family of 6 at the dining room table. The primary bedroom features a queen size bed and private bath. The main bathroom features a shower/tub combination and has plenty of space for everyone to get ready for their ski day. The bunk room features two Pullman-style Murphy twin beds, perfect for a space saving child's room! In the living room we have a great sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress and no bar. Walk only 3 minutes to the lifts from 2796 Slopeside. After a long day of skiing, ease your muscles in one of the 2 hot tubs with spectacular views of the slopes. The underground heated parking garage, ski locker, and free wireless internet are included in your stay.

We loved the location, very short walk to the Peru Express lift. Parking was great, rental equipment available in the building next door. The only frustration was that the sheets did not fit the extra pull-out bed. We made it work, not a huge deal. We will stay again!

Great location in the quieter, more accessible Mountain House base. Love the new lockers in Slopeside and underground garage. This unit was very nice and bright with many nice updates. Coin op washer/dryer just steps from unit. Great views and plenty of space for a family of 4 and drop ins, lunches, hot cocoa with friends and family also skiing Keystone. Short walk to Peru lift.

Comfortable and great location

Overall it was great. We noticed when we first arrived that there were no coffee filters, I called guest services and someone brought up a bunch within in an hour! Was comfortable, well lit, plenty of hot water, heat worked well, good enough kitchen, great views, amazing location. The 2nd bedroom, was truly a "nook", the walls did not extend to the ceiling, so to get our 4 year old son to go to bed, everyone had to go to bed (turn off lights and TV in the main space). The pillows in main bedroom were flat and hard. Overall we had a great stay, and would book it again (though would bring our own pillows!)

Location close to Peru lift

Walk to beginners area and to Peru lift. Mountain House nearby also. This is not a two bedroom. It has a room built off the kitchen/living room that walls do not extend to ceiling, has limited space and uses two fold out bunk beds. Unit was cozy and had everything needed. Heat worked well, hot water available all times, quiet location.

Great condo

Fantastic location, very nice property. Our family of six (ages 11-18) had a great stay here. We brought an air mattress and put one teen on the floor in the living room. We are all our meals in the condo and had great times of hanging out in the evenings after skiing during the day. Rented our ski equipment from Keystone sports- less than a minute away. About a 3 minute walk to the Peru lift. Ski lockers are super convenient. Good communication from mgmt. Not fancy, but comfortable. (Master bed not so great.) Would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo!

My family of five recently stayed here during our annual Keystone ski vacation. We could not have found a better condo. The location was perfect. Being able to put on boots and grab our skis from the new ski lockers in the garage area and then walking no more than 20 steps to the base area was great for kids. On top of that location, the condo itself is great. The separated bunk area for two kids plus the extremely comfortable fold out sleeper sofa accommodated everyone just fine. It’s also nice having two bathrooms. We never found any bedding for the sleeper sofa. If it’s there. Maybe the owners could add a second set of sheets. And the pillows in the master bedroom were very subpar. But that’s the only complaint I can find. And thankfully, my wife and I always travel with our pillows from home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals in the house. Even a crockpot to keep a pot of chili warm throughout the day. This is a great condo. My family would definitely stay here again.

Great location

The condo was perfect for two of us. The location was a short walk to the lift. I read some of the reviews about the place being small and I did not find that true. It was a good size and had the bunk room that was a great addition. We used it for a suit cases. There is plenty of room for clothes and there were enough hangers in the closet! the small things matter. The bed was comfortable for me, I like a harder mattress. (wish it was a King) The pillows need updating. they were pretty flat. Someone's review said there was no water pressure but it was fine. I liked the entry with all those hooks and bench and baskets were a great idea. We hung all of our ski clothing. what a way to organize. The Murphy bed was comfortable, didn't try the bunks. Over all it was a great place, the only thing it is missing is a fireplace but I fell in love with the recliner. Great place to sit by the window and read. The only thing I didn't like is there is no shuttle, so have a car if you are staying at this condo. there is no place to eat at night unless you walk up to the main road. There is a nice trail up there so it's 10 minute walk but not a lot to choose from. There is local bus pick up there but it was to confusing to figure which on to take if you are not familiar with the area. Be care with the room card key. We had one that didn't work and had to walk up to the main road to the office to get another one. then the last day we went to the jacuzzi just to find out the card won't work and we couldn't get back in. that was so much fun. ( no phone with us) took over a hour by the time we found some one who would let us use their phone. Not sure why the card suddenly stop working. But once we got a hold of the office someone came right down. so... make sure you card works before you get in the Jacuzzi.
