Oceanfront Marina Condo With All Luxuries

Your spacious oceanfront balcony will be a front row seat for a panorama of azure blue ocean and sky. There are touches of tropical whimsy everywhere, like the “Windblown Table Lamp” in the reading alcove, a quirky reminder that you have arrived in America's Tropical Paradise. And since you are in the tropics, it goes without saying that there are overhead fans in every room.

The living area is bright and airy, with plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax. There's a large high definition flat screen TV with expanded cable service. Large sliding glass doors open onto that spacious ocean view balcony. The kitchen is completely equipped and newly renovated with brand new appliances and everything else you would need to prepare the most ambitious meal. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and also has sliding glass doors to the balcony. The en-suite bathroom has twin vanities and a separate “water closet” for the toilet and oversize glass shower. The second bedroom has twin beds that convert to a king. The third bedroom has a queen bed. If desired, the second and third bedrooms become one spacious suite. The second bathroom has an extra large shower. 28 night Minimum Stay Please Inquire.

A POOL & JACUZZI RIGHT ON THE OCEAN...

The large community pool and Jacuzzi are situated right on the oceanfront; you'll have those cooling ocean breezes all the time. There are a generous number of chaises and tables with umbrellas, and gas grills for those BBQ parties on the pool. If you have brought your own boat, you'll be able to keep it at one the many dry slips or wet slips available. Stand Up Paddleboard, Kayak, Jetski rentals are available. Amazing Stay in a Beautiful, Clean Apartment!

The apartment was amazing! It was spotless and beautifully maintained, making us feel comfortable the moment we arrived. The decor was stylish, and everything we needed for our stay was provided. The pool was great, and the complex itself is spotless and well-kept. We also appreciated the covered parking, which made coming and going easy. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and check-in was smooth. We would definitely stay here again!

Key West Birthday Stay

This is a great condo, comfortable for five adults. We especially enjoyed the location, which was close to downtown Key West and had great local eats. The place is comfortable and has a beautiful water view.

Absolutely Perfect!

There were 6 of us here for my beach wedding. Others stayed in other locations but were jealous they didn’t have our set up. The fishing trips we booked were walking distance and a phenomenal experience. We were close enough to have all the Duvall experiences needed and far enough away to relax and enjoy relaxing! All in all, we absolutely will be returning!

Perfect Location

I’ve stayed here before. I enjoy the close proximity to Duval but far enough away to enjoy tranquility at resort. The hourly shuttle service makes it the perfect stay for those that want, both convenience to the downtown action to a relaxing quiet vacation in home like accommodations.

Relax and Refresh!!

At first look, as well as throughout the stay, the property was perfect for a ocean/marina view stay! Hosting my in-laws that don't navigate stairs well, the elevator was a welcome entity. On-site restaurant was also a great addition! Overall awesome experience - Stock Island (and this particular property) will be on our list for years to come! Plenty to do, and far enough from Duval street to get away from the KW night-life if you wish.

Key West Boat Races

We go down for the boat races and the condos are a great place to stay, easy access to Key West, but have a nice place and great views off of Stock Island. The place is great for Family or Friends to get away and enjoy the Keyes.

Beautiful Water Views! Loved our stay!

This spacious condo was perfect for us! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the nearby restaurant, ability to get on a boat tour right from the marina and only a short distance to the busy Key West area. The manatees in the marina were so amazing to watch and most of all, the ability to just relax and enjoy the water views from the deck made our time there so enjoyable!

Long Weekend in KW

GREAT GREAT GREAT Place to stay!! The condo and resort setting are perfect, pool and view are as well. Having been to KW many times I knew we weren't in the downtown party area which suited us perfectly. Went to our regular restaurant's (Roostica and Hogfish). Also found one I never knew about The Docks Restaurant and Raw Bar. What a hidden gem! Access to anywhere on the island was very easy. If you plan early enough, make reserevations at Hot Tin Roof for Sunday Brunch.

Beautiful clean condo with exceptional furnishings. We loved being able to sit on the lanai in the mornings to enjoy the beautiful ocean view. Our host John was very accommodating and worked with us when the elevator was not in service.

First Timers in Key West

Had a wonderful stay in Key West. Loved the location and the property. Had everything that we needed for a very nice time. Golf cart rental place nearby which was great. Great host to work with. The only negative was that the elevator did not work while we were there. Wagging everything up and down the stairs was difficult at times, but we managed it and still managed to have a great time.

Beautiful view. Loved the decor. Location was great for what we wanted to do. Prime spot to fish and hit the bars in Key West condo association should look into a chiller for the pool as it was very warm. Other than that great experience.

Awesome Stay!

We had a fabulous time at this very clean condo that is quiet and accommodating. It is the perfect spot !! The shuttles run on the hour to duval street so close enough to the action but quiet relaxing and clean at the resort. The restaurant even prepared our catch .. we will be back
