Please be advised that a balcony restoration project will be underway at 1800 Atlantic from May 2025 through Spring 2026.
Important Notes:
-Units available for booking will not be under construction.
-All amenities, including the pool, spa, and sunning beach, will remain open and fully operational throughout the project.


Great top floor 2 bedroom Condo on the Atlantic ocean with views of the ocean and courtyard. The property has a full size fully equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer.
Both bedrooms and the living room have impact doors open to your private balcony.
There is a King bed in the master bedroom and a queen in the guest bedroom and queen pull out sofa.
Flat screen TV's in each room. The master bath has a tub and a custom walk in shower. Free WI FI for guests and an assigned parking space in the garage.
The renovation is incredible with no attention to detail spared. Pictures coming soon. New stainless appliances and top of the line fixtures. Every detail is incredible.

Very happy we chose the location of this property away from Duval. It offered so much more space and amenities than similar priced places with little rooms, 1 bath, no parking kitchen and noisy. 2 nice beach areas on both sides of this property

Blue Moonshine

Very clean and nicely updated condo. Top floor location which makes it awesome to sit out on the porch and have drinks while watching the great water views. Very quite complex. Pool is huge and tons of open space to lounge. The kitchen, family room and bedrooms were all updated and very nicely decorated. Very happy with our choice.

The condo was great, clean, up to date amenities. It has legitimate ocean views from both bedrooms and the balcony, what a great place for morning coffee and happy hour. Check in was easy, just read the email of how to do it.

Wow! Great find in Key West

This was a great stay in a secure property on the ocean. Beautiful heated pool and jacuzzi and a short walk around the corner to Smathers beach. The checkin process was clear and the host was responsive. As it states in the elevators, “tthis is a residence- not a resort”, but all the residents were very friendly with us. If you are looking for a college spring break destination- this is not it. However, if you’re looking to relax and chill, this is the place to stay. Only negative to the great stay was the pull out sofa needs repair and TLC. Plus, birds like to visit the balcony and leave presents behind. Picky comments to an overall excellent VRBO rental. Thank you to our host!

Nice Condo

The condo was very pretty and very clean. We didn't arrive in Key West until 5:30, got to the condo, unpacked and then went to dinner. After dinner, we realized there was no coffee in the condo, so at about 7:45 we had to locate a grocery store and go get coffee for the next morning. We did not have a car. We walked to a little store just less than a mile down the road. It would have been really nice to have coffee there for your guests. Also, the coffee pot needs to be cleaned. It took a long time to make coffee. Having to be out by 10:00 on our departure day was a bit early. We had a flight out at 1:00 so we were at the airport just waiting. Ubers there are great. There is always someone within a minute or so to pick you up. Beautiful condo complex and very quiet.

Excellent Rental Property

We had all the amenities such as...large kitchen, dining area, 2 large bedrooms with plenty of storage, hangers, and dressers. The bathrooms were newly remodeled and just beautiful. There was a superb balcony which has a spectacular view of the ocean. The pool was large and well maintained. With areas for all ages. Including our 9 month old grand baby. The condo was within walking distance (20-30 mins.) of Mallory Square and all the shopping and dining and beaches. The Fury and Sunset excursions were all easily accessed, and beautifully managed. The day we checked the property manager stopped by to ask us about our experience and if we had any issues. Which we couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a "no hassle' stay.

Each of the tenants and other guest we went were all friendly too. It was a very nice and relaxing stay in a beautiful condo with everything we needed. The location was great too....I enjoyed walking around the corner to watch the sunrise at the public beach and since the island is only 4 miles by 1 mile it wasn't far to any of our destinations.

Beautiful cabinetry and supplies in kitchen. Plentiful towels, beach towels, bedding. We spent a lot of time on the balcony - nice outdoor patio table and chairs. Sunrises were incredible. Love 1800 Atlantic. One small suggestion is to switch hall bathroom and bedroom doors from slatted to solid. Wasn’t a problem for us because just the two of us, but if a family or two couples, could be uncomfortable.
