Island Time on the Green - This is a beautiful, intimate two-story open plan townhome backing to one of two community pools at Key West Golf Club with parking for up to two vehicles. The property is surrounded by tropical palm tree foliage, resort-style amenities and breathtaking views. The “Old Key West” vibe will catch your attention as you enter one of the Keys most prestigious gated communities, offering two heated pools, 24 hour security, and access to the only 18-hole golf club in the Florida Keys at an additional cost. KITCHEN and DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed at your disposal for home entertaining, 4 additional bar stools provide seating for casual dining. LIVING ROOM: The open and airy living area has plenty of windows, light and room for entertaining. Enjoy the large flat screen television with cable and wireless high speed Internet that are included with the rental. A convenient powder room is located between the living and dining room. The two bedroom suites on the second floor each have full en-suite bathrooms with walk in showers. Each suite has a queen bed with nightstands, lighting, dressers. OUTDOOR LIVING: Large sliding glass doors lead out to your over-sized porch on the lower level. You will find outdoor showers, restrooms and a fully equipped fitness room in the clubhouse. ADDITIONAL FEATURES: Central AC and ceiling fans provide a relaxing atmosphere throughout the home on the balmier days in the summer, A lushly landscaped backyard with a gas grill is provided to cook your catch after a day of fishing on the waters surrounding this island paradise ,The washer/dryer is conveniently upstairs in the guest bedroom. Linens and Towels are provided. Interim housekeeping provided upon request for additional charge. Parking for up to two vehicles with type/size restrictions are included. Pool and fitness center access card is provided. This property will accommodate up to 4 adults. You are just minutes away from all the excitement found in Historic Old Town, Duval, Mallory Square and the Sunset Celebration.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location on Kingfisher Ln overlooking the tee box on the 6th hole of the golf course. It's a short walk to the pool. Michelle at Compass realty was a pleasure to deal with and addressed any questions we had promptly.
