there was nothing at all to dislike. The staff were very cheerful very helpful. The location was excellent. The room was clean and spacious. If I ever returned to Key West, I would have no hesitation at all booking this hotel again.

When fully operation, this hotel represents a really beautiful experience, but I am only able to state what occurred on my watch. My only gripe is that if you offer a turn down service, you refresh the room, take out the dirty towels and fulfil the service offerings stated on the brochure. I don't regard leaving 2 muffins wrapped in plastic as a turn down service to speak of and actually felt it ignored the greater need at the time. Can highly recommend staying in the cottages. They are beautiful and so quiet. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The perfect little holiday.
