    “Beach Club #304” is a serene waterfront oasis located in an upscale gated community within walking and biking distance to the local’s finest spots, including restaurants, beaches, shopping centers, bars and the infamous Duval Street.

    The Living room is brightly decorated with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and a wonderful walk out covered dining and lounging deck. The breathtaking view can be seen as soon as you enter this spacious 2-bedroom coastal retreat, which includes combination dining room and comfortable seating for those spontaneous movie nights. The kitchen is fully equipped to make that perfect home cooked meal.

Additionally, Rest Beach, Higgs Beach and Smather's Beach are conveniently located nearby.

    Additional things to know:
    The Key West Beach Club Condo Association requires additional registration, which includes providing copies of photo IDs for everyone over the age of 17, in advance of your arrival. Details will be provided along with your rental agreement.

A Great Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy check-in, easy check-out, beautiful building and facilities, and convenient to everything. We road our rental bikes everywhere! Best view on the island.

This property was in a great location. Gave us easy and fast access to everywhere on the island. It was quiet. The pool area was clean. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. The view was fantastic. There was a power issue on our last day that was not their fault but when we called their emergency line, they were quick to respond and provided us updates until it was rectified a very short time later.

Christmas Week on the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Outstanding experience at the condo. Stacy was in touch with us whenever we had questions and was extremely accommodating! The condo is clean, such a beautiful space and there was plenty of room for my group of 4. We walked a lot, but rented a golf cart for a couple days to venture out to Duval Street and various beaches. Go to Salute’ on the Beach, check out the Farmers Market across the street on Saturday and Sunday and collect beach glass all along the beach to the rear of the condo. Kids loved making use of the gym, and both pools!
