"We had a great stay. The pool was perfect. Bed was comfortable. Great location, was close to everything. Only drawbacks were no parking on the property. We usually were able to park within a block. Also I had a knee replacement and it was a little difficult to step over the tub to get into the shower. It would be nice if the tub could be taken out and replaced with a walk-in shower. Overall it is a great place to stay."

"Are room was ok. There was an unusable beach. The smell was terrible. The restaurants were not kid friendly and made no effort to accommodate a 10 year old. Had 3 different menus and wouldn't cook anything that was on the bar menu that used the same kitchen. All kinds of additional fees at checkout. Wouldn't go there again. No more inclusive resorts for me. To many added fees."

"While the property was clean & well maintained, the pool was closed for three of the five days we were there (bummer). However, staff were quick to let us know that the pool of an adjacent property could be utilized instead. Everyone was cheerful, friendly & quick to assist. Our room was comfortable, cool & quiet. Loved the location as we walked everywhere."

"The rooms are nice. They provide necessary amenities and are cleaned well. Not a lot of space, but fair for a motel setting. There is loud music next door at a bar, which I enjoyed, but that’s something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper. The staff was helpful and this area of the island was very nice. Overall, it was a nice stay!"

"We’ve stayed at many great hotels around the world, this one is right up there with the very best. Incredible service, stunning room and perfect location…this hotel has it all. We didn’t eat here but can highly recommend Latitude’s for lunch or a sunset dinner, you can reach it by boat which leaves from Pier 29 (behind Opal Hotel)"

"We were really disappointed by the beach. It’s rocky and was covered in seaweed (during our visit). The pools are beautiful, staff was lovely. The room was enormous and well maintained. I just wish we had more transparency regarding the condition of the beach."
