The two bathrooms include refreshing showers and handy hair dryers. Enjoy a peaceful atmosphere where comfort meets convenience, complete with heating and air conditioning to suit any season. Whether unwinding indoors or exploring nearby, this excellent retreat offers a perfect balance of rest and adventure. Experience what Key Colony Beach has to offer with a stay at our house. Fully stocked kitchen and supplies for the time of your stay. Dock space is 30 foot in length with parking for a trailer and two more cars or trucks with covered parking. Small outdoor shower to wash off the salt after a day out on the water. Home also has a filet table at the dock with water and light and umbrella to beat the heat while cleaning your fish. Lovely patio that you can sit out and relax upstairs to watch the family filet the catch from the day. Also a propane BBQ grill. Patio set to sit and cook your dinner outside. Home has a bin that holds some items for the kids and adults to take to beach for the day. To do all your cooking. Home also has Cabana Club which is included with the rental...Home will have 2 kayaks which is a great way to explore the city of key colony beach by the water. This house was amazing—newly decorated, centrally located, great canal views, Cabana Club access, and kayaks available on-site. The owners and the host provided accommodations that added that extra touch.

The stay was great, everything inside has been updated or is new. The kitchen was very well equipped to all our cooking needs. Sitting on the backbdeck was peaceful and offered a geat view of the canal.
