"Highest recommendation! Privately nestled in the Keswick hills, this serene cottage (with beautiful pond views) embodies rustic charm, comfort and quiet relaxation. It's thoughtfully decorated and furnished for ultimate enjoyment, with the inclusion of a hot tub, fire pit, outdoor dining & bbq, rocking chairs on the deck, and Adirondack chairs by the pond. Upon entering the cottage, we immediately felt at home. It's cozy, but spacious and has very comfortable furniture & bedding. It's immaculately clean and well-appointed with extra towels and full kitchenware & appliances. As well, check-in & out was easy, as was the clear and timely communication with the management. We definitely hope to stay here when visiting Charlottesville in the future."

"Home and amenities exactly as pictured. It was a welcome location which was nearby to what we wanted to do (close to C'ville, UVA, and wineries). The host kindly provided recommended local spots to eat and drink which were nice - definitely check out Patch Brewing if coming thru town. Very friendly for our dog as well :)"

"The host was very welcoming and assisted us very quickly when we had trouble getting in (user error) and had some heat issues. The room was as expected, clean and suited our needs for the night. "

The owners left detailed instructions that were easy to understand /execute. The property was well maintained and I would recommend it to anyone. "

"The property was welcome to pets, however we did not bring ours. There was plenty of board games and a nice binder about the owner and the property. The host was extremely responsive and i believe the stay was worth the cost. My wife only wants to stay there when we go back to Virginia now."
