So I checked into this hotel for a little peace and to watch a movie and enjoy a night off in mountains. Before booking the hotel, I called the property if the tv has streaming like netflix on it. I was in room 039 and the tv didnt work. A lady came from the front desk to come fix it and they said someone will call me from the frontdesk to see whats next. I wait 2 hours and then I left the property angry at them. I checked in around 10:30 pm and left the property around 1am

The staff at the food counter was AMAZING. The lady at the check-in counter was kind and efficient. We sty at Marriotts all the time on our couple get away weekend, and usually are very pleased withh the room adn amenities. This time however we were very displeased with the room. The air barely worked, the fridge would not stay shut, there was a dot what appeared to be blood on the bedsheet, there was no conditioner in the shower( we love the shampoo and conditioner at the other hotels), the couch had something yellow on it, and the window had a white substance stuck on it. Sadly, we will probably look at another hotel company for our next getaway this fall. For several years we have been using Marriott hotels for our getway every season.

This hotel was super clean and well maintained. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the linens were fresh and the room smelled wonderful when we arrived. Kathy at the front desk was super helpful during our stay and especially during checkout. She is a great employee that represents this hotel extremely well.
