Kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. Bathroom, sep. WC. très belle demeure bien située pour visiter dans un rayon de moins de 30 km il y a de quoi s'occuper. La maison demanderai un bon coup de rafraîchissement. Mais nous avons passés 15 très beaux jours en plus le soleil était avec nous.

Positv: Der Garten ist riesig und sehr gepflegt. Für Kinder ideal zum Spielen. Das Haus liegt sehr gut um von da aus die schöne Küste zu erkunden. Die Vermieter sind nett, sprechen aber kein Deutsch und auch keinerlei Englisch. Das macht die Übergabe schwierig. Negativ: Das Haus ist groß,aber auch sehr hellhörig. Die Einrichtung ist naja. Für 6 Personen fehlt Geschirr und Besteck. Die Elektrik ist absolut nicht mehr zeitgemäss bzw. abenteuerlich (Küche) die Installation nicht viel besser.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit riesigem Rasen

Die Begrüßung mit selbstgemachtem Far Breton und Cidre war sehr schön, nette Gastgeberin (spricht wie hier schon erwähnt nur französisch). Das Haus ist schöner eingerichtet als die Bilder es darstellen. Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss das als modrig beschrieben wurde riecht wohl eher nach altem Weihrauch. Die Küche ist vollständig zum Kochen eingerichtet. Lediglich das Bad oben könnte etwas Aufmerksamkeit gebrauchen - Duschvorhang und Dusche mit zwei Hähnen zur Temperaturregulierung sind nicht so toll

Relativ gross mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Einrichtung etwas antiquiert. Küchenausstattung ok. Grosses Grundstück. Sehr nette Vermieter, Begrüssung mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen und Cidre. Lage zur Cote du granite rose gut. Allerdings direkt an Hauptfahrstrasse gelegen. Verkehr in der Nacht aber wenig.

Un accueil chaleureux, très to...

Un accueil chaleureux, très touchant, les propriétaires adorables et très gentils. Disponibles aussi, en cas de petit soucis ( pour notre cas, bouteille de gaz terminée au milieu de nos vacances ). La maison est très propre, bien agencée et bien entretenue.Nous aimerions y revenir, sans aucun soucis. Et recommandons en toute confiance. Conseils de voyage: La région est faite pour la famille, les retraités et la détente, nous l'aimons et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Sehr nette Vermieter – allerdi...

Sehr nette Vermieter – allerdings muss man Französisch sprechen um sich mit ihnen verständigen zu können. Das Haus steht in den Wintermonaten leer, das macht sich durch hartnäckigen Modergeruch im unteren Schlafzimmer Zimmer bemerkbar. Wir haben dagegen ständig gelüftet und Feuer im Kamin gemacht.( War auch gegen die kühlen Abende sehr wirksam) Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal, man kommt überall schnell hin. Riesiges Grundstück, auf dem sich Kinder austoben können. Reisetipps: Wunderschöne Wandermöglichkeiten auf den Küstenwegen bei Ploumanac' h und bei Plougrescant. Alles sehr gut ausgeschildert. Tréguier bietet eine beeindruckende Kathedrale ( Haben dort ein tolles Konzert genossen). Die Strände von Perros Guirec sind sehr gepflegt und wunderschön. Überall Blütenpracht. Die Märkte der Region lassen keine kulinarischen Wünsche offen, da macht das Kochen Spaß. Paimpol, Port Blanc, Trégastel sind hübsche Orte.
