"The building that we stayed in should be condemned. This large building, probably built in the 1940s, houses about 6 separate cubits all adjoined. The noise from surrounding guests went easily through the walls and doors and thumping footsteps went through the old timber floor of the whole building. We put up with a small kid crying for hours next door with some “adult “ yelling at him. Then we were woken at 5:30am with the same kid running around with the noise vibrating through our room. We did not want to venture out to enjoy the surroundings and left early in the morning to get out of there. It also felt like the floors had never been swept there. Would not recommend this place to anyone. "

"Over priced basic accommodation When you showered every thing in the bathroom got wet. Staff were cheerful Generally not many positives. I would not recommend"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Peaceful Bay. It was incredibly peaceful, relaxing and the chalet was very comfortable. A beautiful spot and a great place to digitally detox. The kids enjoyed hanging out at the beach and playing cards and boardgames in the evening - very family friendly. Hope to come back again one day. "

"Great pet friendly holiday home "

"Basic house with no Wifi. Lacking in a few essential home comforts such as dishwasher or hair dryer, bread knife and games. TV was old and reception poor. Backyard is big with sun in the afternoon but not a welcoming place to sit around. Mattresses were old. Fridge unplugged when we arrived. We appreciated the washing machine and the heat pump. The location is great, nice places to visit. With a few small improvements this could be a great holiday house. "

"There are unwritten rules on this site. The terms and conditions stated extra person staying is $20 per person per night. We only find out on second day with staff on site that there’s a hard limit of three person for our cabin. So us four staying goes against the owners insurance policy. We managed to communicate and paid $80 for the four nights and continue to stay. But the communication was not quite pleasant. There’s no written rules about camping cartridge gas stoves or coal bbq stove. However we were also verbally advised that they were both not allowed. We note the solid fuel bbq is banned but we believe the cartridge gas stove should be allowed. We did not argue and we comply to what has been advised, did not used neither the stoves. It would be better to be transparent upfront on terms and conditions though. I also received phone call communication from staff about my kids being noisy in the morning, on second day 8:30am. I felt this may be directed to me falsely, because both my kids were in another cabin building (where our friends stays) on that morning. There is no noise from our room. The scooter rule with helmets on was strict. Be mindful to bring helmets for kids scooter use. Otherwise you will get tell off your scooter / balance bots / bikes. Aside from that, the site is situated on beautiful landscape and is a peaceful place to stay. We love Denmark, one of our favourite WA holiday spots. "

"The Room was excellent for a beach location in a reasonably remote Area. The Breakfast is unbelievably Good , incredible !. We had an issue with our overall Trip due to a Storm. The Host - “ Anna “ was incredibly Helpful to us sorting out some alternative arrangements. I would recommend a stay at Windrose if you find yourselves in “ Denmark “."
