"This hotel was affordable for a couple of nights in London, close to a tube station, handy shops and some nice places to eat. Our room was a little outdated, but tidy and a decent size BUT there were a few hairs on the bedding and a strange smell in the room which meant we kept needing to open the window to air it out which made us cold. The staff were friendly and we stored luggage after check out. Overall it was a nice stay and a good price, but could improve on cleanliness."

"Overall I had a good stay. You’re definitely paying for the location. It’s awesome! You’re right by the national history museum, and I could easily jump on the underground and get to all the sights really quickly. I had the single (twin bed) room. It was small, but functional. Housekeeping did a great job of refreshing my room and the front desk man was great. The lift was out of service during my entire visit, so that was a bit annoying having to walk up and down from the top floor, but...

"The hotel has been nicely updated, considering it’s an old building. The room was comfortable considering London sizes. Cedric at the front desk was specially friendly and helpful. We went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. It’s less than 10 min walk to the underground station with service to two main lines, which is great to get to the main points of interest in the city. "
