"Just when I thought it was going to be a good weekend, things went left. When I arrived at the property there was already a family in the home. Imagine the disappointment, it was my daughters birthday. The owner wouldn't answer the phone, but he would text. Soon that stopped and he only gave me a partial refund. I had to make a case with VRBO to get the rest of my money. Never again."

"This property is fantastic. It is clean, spacious, and comfortable. It's settled in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking and enough sleeping space for 6-8 people. The kitchen is wonderful, the living areas are cozy. I couldn't have asked for a better space and I hope to rent here again some day."

"Great 4 bedroom 3 bath home with updated kitchen. Beware that the stairs down to two of the bedrooms are steep, but they were fine for my 30 something kids. The only drawback was not enough seating in the living area for all 6 of us to hangout together."

"The house was wonderful for a group of old friends to have a weekend away! The theater room is AWESOME, very easy drive from Atlanta, and plenty to do at the house so you never have to leave. Rob is a great host, very communicative and keeps you informed of everything you’d need to know for your trip!"

"No surprises, had looked the place over on line, Bedrooms were furnished with bedding, plenty of towels for our party of 7. Everything we needed in kitchen, Blackstone for cooking. Could use a little painting, but we were fine. we were there to enjoy family from England & Scotland, Braves, Coke Museum. Kitchen lights went out on Sunday, Todd made sure we had sufficient lighting. I highly recommend for family or group looking for a large den & private area to escape the crowd, having no carpet...
