The hotel is great, the family rooms are large and clean and the pool is lovely. The only thing I found was that it's a bit of a hike along busy roads to the Queen Street Mall and places like the South Bank. Still, it's within walking distance to central places which is great.

We had a room on the 1st floor and we didn't hear a thing even with a band playing downstairs for a wedding.
Bed was super comfy and the blackout curtains were perfect :)

This boutique hotel is quietly situated on the fringe of Fortitude Valley. It offers easy access to restaurants and the CBD. The hotel rooms are very comfortable, clean and have all the necessary amenities including parking. As an added bonus, the cafe has great coffee and some tasty treats.

The staff were very helpful at check in and the apartment was clean and tidy. This was our second visit to Evolution and we enjoyed our second stay as much as the first except we were on the city side and didn't have the stunning river view but apart from that we loved it and we are looking forward to our next visit

The room was comfortable with a king size bed a dark and quiet. We enjoyed a meal at Fellons and a cocktail at the hotels rooftop bar.
