"It was a pleasure staying at Villa Kusunoki for our short 5 day stay to attend a family event in Tokyo. The property owner, Mr. Kusunoki, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in so many ways. He is an excellent source of information, and seemed very happy to help us in all aspects of our travel and stay. The home is very well kept, and has many modernized features to make your stay comfortable. It is very conveniently located, and is easy walking distance to various public...

"We were a large group of 8 people. This is a small two story, narrow place with a third lower height attic/loft. The place was fairly clean but the first night we heard a critter in the walls, probably a mouse or rat. We heard it is common in older houses to have that issue but it did throw us off. There are no separate rooms or doors to close. It’s basically dormitory style. It was fine for what we needed but wouldn’t be our preference and we will not be staying here again."

"Great place in Tokyo! 3 levels was perfect for our family with a grocery store one block away. Very convenient to the Oedo subway line in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were extremely hard, but maybe that’s the style here. Would definitely recommend."

"Would stay in this place again with a big group as it has 3 bedrooms and all amenities you could want. Only caution is the steps leading up and down as it has no handrails and is steep. It also has only 1 sink for all to use- if you don’t mind that, well worth staying here!"

"まず初見、でか！！となりテンションがあがりました。玄関へ入ると綺麗なお部屋にお風呂も大きく、寝室も3つあり大人数で赤ちゃんがいてもストレスなく過ごすこともできました。 今回、両親の還暦祝いでディズニーへ行きましたがアクセスも車で10分と近く、寝室も別れていたので子供が途中で起きてしまってもぐっすり寝かさせてあげることができました。 ただ、部屋がめちゃくちゃ乾燥します。 加湿器があるといいなと思ってたところ、チェックアウトギリギリに2階の洗面台で加湿器らしきものを見つけました。もう少しわかりやすいところへ置いておいてほしかったです。 夏場は寝室２部屋にエアコンがなかったのできついかな、とは思いました。 また、お風呂の水圧が弱く少しだけ洗うのに時間がかかりました。でも湯船はジェットバスが使えたので疲れた体を癒すにはとてもよかったです。 キッチンもなんでも置いてあり大変助かりました。キッチンと階段のところにガードがスライドで出たので小さい子供が勝手に入らないようにできたのがとても助かりました。 また大人数でディズニー行く時には必ずこちらを利用させて頂きます。"
