Good location for high peaks adventures
"As advertised, it's a base camp. Everything works, good electric stove and fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster. Wifi worked pretty well, Roku TV came in handy during rainy time. 5 people, 5 towels. No extras, but enough. 2 half rolls of toilet paper not enough for 5 people, 6 nights. ..."

"Hard to have a pet here. Couldn’t be at lake, couldn’t sit outside to see sunset at the outdoor seating since it could also serve as dining. However, we were glad pets were allowed to stay. It just wasn’t the most relaxing as we didn’t feel we could settle down anywhere and relax. Didn’t feel connected ..."

"This house was perfect for our party of 7. Spacious and comfortable for all. Very secluded and quiet area. A short drive to Lake Placid Olympic museum and arenas. We also stopped at the ski jump area and watched the young jumpers practice. Highly recommend! Check out Emma’ Lake Placid Creamery. ..."
