"Great hotel for a quick rest before or after a flight. Awesome value for money with clean rooms, good service, breakfast and free airport shuttle. The hotel is literally next to the airport, so you don't want to pay 150,000 IDR for a 1.2 km ride. So the shuttle service makes sense. Has everything you need for a comfortable stopover, don't expect too much given what you pay :)"

"We had the best honeymoon here! Everyone is so nice and all knew our names! We felt like celebrities lol. I didn’t tell them my husband’s bday was going to happen, but they knew. They went above and beyond to celebrate him and make us feel special the whole time. They decorated our villa on his bday, brought us breakfast on our patio, brought us multiple cakes and desserts, and gifted him with a honorary sarong. We felt that was so accepting of us into their culture. Our butler, Jay, was the best. Anything he noticed we liked, he made sure we had it stocked. Our villa was beautiful and I loved the private pool! The restaurants would notice we like a certain food, snack or drink and would always have it ready for us. They were all so warm and welcoming. From the groundskeeper, to hostess, to waiter, to pool guy, and the whole staff, they made us feel like we could live there. Easy beach access, quiet, dinner on the beach every night, and the deals we received were unbeatable. We would absolutely come back here. We tipped everyone, as we are American, and they were beyond grateful. They all went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, part of the family and that we were special “VIP” without the VIP price. Best two weeks to spend with the love of my life. Not too far from airport, but kind of far from most the island. Food was good. We thought we would have to venture out, but what they offered in fresh seafood, signature dishes, & Balinese style food hit the spot."

"The hotel is great for access to the beach and the Jimbaran area. The buffet breakfast also has a wide variety of foods, and staff were very welcoming and helpful. My room however was a bit small and I didn’t appreciate the clear glass wall between the bedroom and bathroom. Overall, it was okay but nothing memorable."

"Everything about our stay was wonderful! The rooms were spacious and bright, and we loved our pool room. It was the perfect place to relax and finish our holiday. The breakfast buffet was enormous, with so many delicious options, and all the food we enjoyed throughout our stay was fantastic. A huge shout-out to the head chef! While we were waiting for our room, we ordered food and he personally came over to introduce himself and let us know he was available if we needed anything. We later saw him planning menus on his laptop, overseeing breakfast, and still there at 10 p.m. on seafood night! His dedication was remarkable, and the care he puts into his work really showed. He deserves special recognition. The spa was also wonderful and helped us feel relaxed and refreshed before our journey home, as relaxed as you can be before a 15-hour flight! What really stood out was the warmth of the staff. Every staff member we passed greeted us with a good morning or good evening. Such a simple gesture, but it made us feel welcome throughout our stay. From the lovely rooms and fantastic food to the relaxing spa and thoughtful service, this hotel gave us a wonderful end to our trip. Thank you to the entire team, we would happily return and highly recommend staying here!"
