This was a wonderful hotel to stay in, very close to the Jewish quarter and with good transport and restaurant options around it.
My room was very spacious and well maintained. Bed extremely comfortable and the room came with the full range of facilities, including fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.
Hotel staff were delightful to deal with and very accommodating regarding early check-in and storage of luggage. The adjoining bar and restaurant were excellent also.

Area is just outside the center of Krakow which is quieter but also lacking some points of interest.
Staying on the boat was such an amazing experience, particularly the glasshouse dining at the back.
Note that this being a boat, the walls between the rooms are quite thin and noise does transfer across.

This hostel was so much fun to stay at! I had 10 days here and wish I could have stayed longer. The staff is very friendly, especially Roni - she was incredibly nice to everyone and made everyone feel very welcome!
It is in a really great location, walking distance to just about everything.
I would absolutely recommend to anyone and will be coming back when I am in Krakow again<3

Surprisingly it was better then I ever thought it would be. Clean, totally renovated, spacious, quiet and excellent value. Own bathroom and lounge. Breakfast included. Don't be fooled by the entrance as it has graffiti on the street door. Makes it easy to find. Highly recommended for all ages. Easy walk to the old city. Staff are very friendly and willing to please. R and B from Australia.

Good hotel, right near the tram line. Helpful staff.
No kitchen facilities in the room (not even a cup, cutlery, a kettle), had to go to a kitchen on a different floor.

What a great hostel. Place is clean and close to old city centre. A 10 minute walk. Staff are helpful with hints and ideas and grocery store is just nearby.

Loved their friendly service and the room was very cozy and clean. I definitely recommend it! Also they offer a shuttle ride to the airport and it’s only $10 zloty so very convenient!

From helping us out with a short-notice extra night because I'd gotten my dates mixed up, to ringing around to help us organise bike hire and an endless amount of knowledge on local attractions and opportunities, the staff the Hostel Deco were friendly, astute and flexible. We thoroughly enjoyed the quaint attic-room "pidgeon coop" which was quiet and had lovely views from the 5th floor. You do need to be prepared to deal with stairs - 110 to our room, but well worth it.

Staff are so friendly and there to show you how things work and great price!asked for a twin sleeper and got a quad. Only warning I give people is if you have heavy bags caution because there are a lot of stairs to climb.
