"Amazing place, beautiful location in the mountains. The staff were the best part, picking us up from Hinoharu Station when we asked. Loved it here, would highly recommend as someone who can only speak English."

"食事は美味しく、館内も静かで、大浴場やラウンジも混雑することなく、とてもゆっくり過ごせました。
はじめに予約した部屋が電子タバコ可(予約画面に表記無しだった)との事で、変更した部屋にお風呂が無かったのは残念でした。
部屋のトイレの引き戸の動きが悪く、ガタガタとうるさい点は直していただきたいと思います。
ラウンジのワインやお風呂上がりのアイスやビールは大変ありがたいです。
各ツアーもとても楽しめました。
食事は「量より質」の少なめコースがあると嬉しいです。
またぜひ伺いたいお宿でした。"
