"This hotel is huge, and a nightmare because of all the tourist groups and their million suitcases that crowd the lobby. There are warning about "congestion at breakfast", so i had my coffee somewhere else .. The location was not very convenient, it's only good if your train arrives on that side of the station. Otherwise it is a long long walk just to get to any bus or subway. The staff was incredibly helpful and did the best they could given the horrifying tour groups crowd. Rooms are small but ok. No public baths. It is a 3 star hotel, not 4"

There is a casual yukata provided or you can chose a slightly nicer one, also complimentary. Slippers are provided. The onsen are easy to use, with mininal wait times. We absolutely loved it. "
