"Die Anlage war wunderschön dekoriert und mit dem Pool bei heißen Temperaturen super zu nutzen. Weniger gefiel uns die Unterkunft, die schon deutlich abgewohnt und in die Jahre gekommen war. Der Boden wurde nur gefegt und ließ daher an Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig, was mit einem krabbelnden Baby gar nicht geht. Wir mussten erstmal selber den Putzeimer in die Hand nehmen und wischen. "The property is located on a sandy beach with a beautiful view. The hotel is about 15 minutes taxi ride from the harbour and old town. The staff were helpful. I stayed two nights but a longer stay would have been relaxing. I booked a loft room which was in two floors and I never used the top floor because of the stairs so we were in the room downstairs and the set up of the room was in a way the handwash basin was in the room and not in the toilet so took some space."

"I have stayed here for 1 week, in June. I have found not only the hotel but the staff extremely friendly and helpful, we have stayed in one of the pool rooms and the pool/patio space has been more than sufficient with lots of space to swim around and enjoy our time. In the day we have mainly stayed at the Beach Pool and got drinks from the beach bar, and during the evenings entertainment had drinks from Aggeliki who has been more than polite, helpful and a joy to be around. The entertainment during the evenings has been amazing, with a wide variety of activities not only for children but for adults, although travelling without any children we have found that it’s still a comfortable hotel for couples without kids. Guests have been super friendly to eachother, and that can only be contrary to the amazing staff at the hotel. I will be coming back. Shoutout to the amazing staff members, Lily, Yaro, Aggeliki and all the others that helped during our stay to make us feel at home and have the best holiday we have had. - Tommy Podmore"

"Nice resort overall. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a lot of selection. The loungers by the main pool are hard with no cushions. Residence collection and seaside pools are comfortable but they are adults only. Pool bar staff just stand around at the bar instead of walking around to take orders. Recommend stocking up at the shop across the street and serving yourself poolside."

"We had a wonderful time at the JW. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Everyone there was warm and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking to Angela at breakfast each morning. The property was modern and comfortable with multiple decorative pools. Our room looked straight into the ocean and the tall mountains behind. I was able to dive the elephant and seal caves which were fantastic. There’s a nearby dive shop. I highly recommend Blue Adventures Diving. The beach is small and quaint with nice chairs overlooking the water. Meals were excellent too. Thank you!"

"Excellent helpful thoughtful enthusiastic staff. Large property, really professionally well-run, with direct acess to the beach. Many pools. Good food. Dinner and drinks at sunset. Consistently superb, friendly customer service — they seem genuinely happy to see you. Pleasant relaxing stay. Virtually no need to leave the resort."
