"I had wonderful suite room at corner with amazing city view of Kobe! If you come from Sannomiya Train station, there is free shuttle bus service that this hotel offers with another stop by different luxurious hotel establishment. Morning buffet offered so many varieties that surprised me, especially grilled burgers and multiethnic cuisines. Modernized room with cleaned toiletries. Before checking in, i also loved checked luggage room system that this premise offers. The lounge access was also plus, with wide options of drinks and luxurious offerings. "

They provide everything to your room. There are many staff and thus you can also receive greetings and the help you need. They also offer luggage storage service.
