The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the entire place is spotless and well-kept. The room is quite spacious for Japan, especially given its convenient location near Dotonbori. There are plenty of shopping and dining options just steps away, and I really enjoyed the sense of safety while walking around the nearby streets. The hotel also offers complimentary soft drinks, coffee, and light snacks in the lobby café — a lovely spot to relax after a long day of exploring.
