We always strive to ensure that every guest has an enjoyable time at the hotel and I was of course very disappointed to see that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion. Dear kindly customer, I'm the manager of Karon Butterfly. Thank you to contact us, and thank you to choose our residence, We have 4 types of room in our residence: one bedroom or two bedroom Sea view One bedroom Moutain view You booked <>. I gave you a beautiful ocean view one bedroom studio, complely new, italian fornitures, with a balcony with ocean and pool view, with amazing sunset view also. You complain to me that you book an other type, but we checked together with my computer and we agree that it wasn't our mistake. Why now you write that "The manager implied that we were stupid by saying that a studio that they put us into was the same as a one bedroom apartment. We would have been understanding if they had said the room we had booked was not available and it was a mistake on their behalf." ?!?!? Are you kidding me? Anyway I also change your room for make you happy on your holiday, in one bigger as you want, and you didn't say "Thank you" Our types are: - One bedroom Ocean View - One bedroom Jungle View - Two Bedroom Ocean view You booked one bedroom Sea View, and i gave you a bedroom sea view.
