NO EXTRA COSTS for early check-in and late check-out in the TRUE SPIRIT OF ALOHA. If it is possible with the property caretaker/housekeeper, and it is 90% of the time, yes and earlier check-in and/or a later check-out is possible. Late check-outs are great with a later flight...and works out when there is NOT a check-in by another guest later that same day of check-out. Oceanfront condo blissfully located on Kauai’s Coconut Coast (windward/east side) centrally located to best access the entire lush and tropical Garden Isle during your visit. About 5 miles from the Lihue Airport, this Wailua Bay oceanfront condo resort is located on the makai side of the street
Walk to & enjoy a peaceful breakfast at the Passion Bakery at Kinipopo, easy stroll next door to the Hawaiian Casual Lava Lava Beach Club with nightly live entertainment, or enjoy the Kapa'a Ke Ala Hele Makalae Path, more than 5 miles of Coconut Coast Walking or Biking. Right on the ocean, Lae Nani, has colorful tropically landscaped grounds, a heated swimming pool and an ocean surf Lava Rock Swimming Area for keiki (children) and additional beach area and a most often "swimmable" beach. There are BBQ Grills on the resort grounds located near the pool.

Any guests on property at any time in addition to overnight guests should be communicated and must be approved prior to booking.

The Wailua River feeds into Wailua Bay and just a little further south is the popular Lydgate Beach Park.

Perfect spot
Great location if you want to explore the whole island. Relatively equidistant to Poipu and the North side. Kapa’a is seriously underrated for food trucks and bakeries. Everything in the area was very walkable. I was surprised that even the touristy Coconut marketplace was decent. All in all, wonderful stay.

What a view!
Overall it was a great stay - great views, walking distance to a beach as well as a path to walk on the beach for a long distance without leaving the condominium. The kitchen had everything one would need as well as things for the beach - from snorkeling equipment to beach chairs. There were many fans in the property and the only thing I would change is adding air conditioning units to the bedrooms as it got warm at night. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Paradise Found
Shorty after renting this property, I received a personal welcome call from Brian who welcomed us. He told me more about the property and gave me the name of the activities coordinator in case we wanted to plan any outings on the island. A few days before we left to head to Kauai, we received a text detailing out directions and everything we needed to access the condo. I have rented lots of places but never have had such a personal touch and care. They were there always to answer questions and assist with anything. This makes traveling so much more comforting. We loved staying in this condo since it was right on the water and close to great shopping , wonderful restaurants and super food carts. It had lots of beach toys to enjoy and we loved that we could keep the windows open and enjoy the beach air. There were ceiling fans in each room which provided plenty of cool air. The property grounds were beautiful with lots of plants and the heated pool was clean and well maintained. On our last day, we coordinated a late checkout since our plane did not leave until 10pm. This was a blessing to be able to rest up for the long trip back. We will certainly be coming back and renting this unit again since it was beautiful and the beach was amazing! Thank you Brian for making our vacation the best ever!

AWESOME VIEW!
Our second trip to Lae Nani. Gorgeous property! Loved my nighttime torches and great ocean view! Lava Lava beach club next door is awesome! We had great communication with host Brian and house cleaner Grace! We had an awesome time exploring Kauai with our adult son and girlfriend (first time visitor)! We will be back!

Great vacation place
I highly recommend this place: excellent view, beautiful courtyard, well equipped kitchen, boogie boards and supplies for ocean fun provided, access to washer and dryer on the resort property, and a cheery and breezy vibe indoors. Brian is very responsive and helpful. Definitely yes!

Great view!
For the value, you can’t beat this proximity to the beach. It was wonderful seeing the waves from the main room and master bedroom. The grounds are very well maintained and it was so nice to have coin (or app paid) laundry the next building over. We loved the short walk to the Lava Lava restaurant and went there twice during our stay. Would stay here again!
