"Absolute everything was perfect except they didnt give up our actual room number. No biggie a phone call and a quick fix. We will be coming to stay again and I've already recommend this property to several friends who are planning to go. Next time we will stay there the entirety of our trip. "

"The check in was a pain. Since it was booked on hotels.com the process took about 20 minutes. Also. They will not check you in 1 minute before 3pm. They just stood there ignoring me until three. "

"The apartment had minor asethical damage & the unit lacks a dryer. However! The location & convenience cannot be overstated. Of the 3 places i stayed in tokyo over the 2 weeks. It was unequivocally the best. 5 minute walk to a station, quiet location which feels like you're in the heart of the city & much easier to navigate to & around then anywhere else I stayed. Loved it & missed it at every other hotel i stayed"

"Good sized studio with everything you would need for a long stay: full kitchen, laundry with drying feature in bathroom.
No smart TV though, which seems to be the norm in Japan's hotels, and is kind of surprising being so technologically advanced."

"This was perfect for a base in Tokyo. Quiet and away from tourist areas, but easy to get to them by bus and rail. Comfortable, quite spacious, and lovely bathroom. We would absolutely stay there again."

"The room was small by western standards but as a solo traveler it was fine. I recommend a lidded suitcase rather than the clam shell style where both sides need to be flat for convenience. Staff were nice and the luggage storage was a god send. "

"I had a terrific stay at Asakusa Tobu Hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to the Ginza Line and Asakusa Line, making it very convenient to get around. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the service was truly exceptional. Highly recommended! Housekeeping staff always make sure my room is fresh every day. We will come back "
