"I had a medical emergency and had a non refundable room and asked if I can swap my stay with a date in April 4 days before my arrival and they refused which is their legal right. I do not think it is fair and will never stay there with this sort of experience."

"Pluses - The Scandic is conveniently located in a walkable area. The staff were warm and welcoming; happy to answer questions and provide support. The breakfast buffet is excellent and one of the best attributes of the hotel. The sauna is also a top asset that we enjoyed several times during our stay. It was nice to have a gym available too. Minuses - Amenities in the room were missed like a coffee maker and lotion. Mold in the shower was unappealing. Unfortunately the rooftop bar that was promoted wasn’t open and doesn’t open until late spring and summer. "

"Not a hotel, its an apt building...Pic on website have someone at the front desk, no one there.. they send you a code i hour before check in, very misleading, it work for some not my type of place. Ended up at the Holiday Inn. "
