"This condo is in a great location, in central Kihei and right across the street from the beach at Kam II. The property is well appointed with great full kitchen and spices and coffee filters, etc. It was nice that there was equipment for the beach as well.We were not able to use the washing machine at all the week we were there due to a repair issue. They did communicate that to us before we arrived, and they did their best to make the washing machines available in other units, but that was not convenient at all. Overall a decent place to stay for the price point."

It was very well supplied. The location is excellent for all activities, and we explored the island a lot! Overall, super satisfied, highly recommend the place and the hosts. Oceanfront Oasis: Stunning Townhouse Steps from Kamaole Beach II

"Great location! Right across street from Kam II beach and very close to restaurants/shopping. Unit was clean and well stocked. Upstairs felt a bit dated and could use a refresh, but everything worked and was clean. New AC unit had recently been installed and needed a longer timer setting option (max setting was 4 hrs) but communication with Natalie about issue was great and she informed us that they would be replacing the timer after our stay. It was only a minor inconvenience and AC worked great to keep the rooms cool. Only used one of the pools and it was nice and quiet. The pools may not be a good fit for families with small children as there were a lot of rules posted (ex: No Marco Polo or excessive splashing). There was road work right outside the unit during our stay (we were aware of this before we arrived) that created quite a bit of noise, but the upside was that the beach across from the unit was not crowded and it was easy to cross the street. It looked like the road work should be completed soon."
