Staff was so friendly and helpful. Wonderful pool and location. The only drawbacks were no laundry available and the door between units didn’t block any sound.

Unfortunately our room was not upgraded at all compared to other rooms we saw in bldg F. Smelled very musty. Shower mildewy & just painted over rather than fix problem. Day 2 had a giant cockroach in room. Didn’t realize our room (studio) was part of another unit so very noisy from that side of door. Good thing was couldn’t hear other neighbors. Staff seemed unhappy except for late night guard who was very nice. Cleaning crew knocked on door & tried to come in long before check out. Also parking extremely limited. Pros: great location across street from beach Central to get to other places on the island. Near stores & restaurants.

Friendly staff, excellent customer service, clean room with excellent accommodations, and great location. Ample parking. One of the side table lamps in our room was shorting in and out. We bought a replacement bulb ourselves, but that still didn’t fix it. We will definitely come again.

Beautiful resort across the street from one of the nicest beaches in Maui. Very clean and staff was awesome. They also have a very nice pool and spa barbecues that you can use as well.

The location was very good and walkable distance from the beach. Plenty of parking and there's a lot of choices of cafés, restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The room has an older look but comfortable to stay at.

Our stay was perfect!! Front office was so friendly when we checked in and out. It was so close to everything—beautiful beach, good food, shops. The only down sides, both of which were out of our control, were that one of the parking lots was closed for construction which wasn’t an huge inconvenience. Also, our building was having some roof work done. Will definitely stay here again!!

There is a confusing mix of privately owned units and units managed by the on scene hotel property so some of the details for check in and contacts while you're there are hard to figure out, but otherwise this is a great place right on the beach and near several shopping, dining, and bar options

The unit I was in (T102A) was older but kept extremely clean. I don’t usually like carpet in a rental but this one was clean. So close to the beach and restaurants. Great pool!

The Maui Banyan is in a great location, close to the beach and restaurants. The condo was a little dated and very dark. The studio we had was clean and tidy, and well equipped, however there was limited counter space to prepare food. Having said all we enjoyed our stay for 4 nights.

The Maui Banyan was a clean, safe and welcoming stay. It provided the basics which is what we needed to visit family. The only thing we were disappointed about was there was no room turn over service. We had to take out our own trash, make our bed and ask for fresh towels.

Banyan Maui is a condo property BuT the unit we got was managed by different property managers making getting assistance with repairs or late checkout a pain! All in all it’s a great property in a good location with beaches and restaurants close by.BBQs are excellent. Pool is very clean and well maintained

This was a great stay for us for our first trip to Maui. East to find, excellent location to beautiful beaches and lots of shopping and food nearby. The room we had needed a little TLC to make it more comfortable and functional, but since we didn’t spend a large amount of time in the room it wasn’t much of an issue. We did have some noisier neighbours for the last few days of the trip to maybe some better sound proofing between the doors would be beneficial, but again we didn’t spend a large amount of time in the room so we ignored what we could while there. We would definitely go back, really was such a good location and very friendly staff.

Great location across from the beach. Unit was clean but had a musty basement odor- not too over powering. Plenty of clean towels and washer and dryer. A/C worked great. Pool was warm and hot tub was hot. Would stay here again.

It's closeness to the beach was very convenient. The grounds were well manicured. Pool and barbeque area was a welcomed amenity. Walking distance to restaurants and shops was short. Only drawback was the paper thin walls between units. Lucky for us our neighbors were fairly quiet. I would definitely book this resort again.
