The location was convenient and the hotel was beautiful, but we found a pacifier under the bed, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The pool hours were also inconvenient for guests sightseeing all day. Overall, the helpful staff made a positive impression, but the cleanliness and pool hours could be improved"

Rooms were very clean and well appointed with the in-room wash/dryer being particularly useful. A fantastic base for our time in Tokyo."
