The staff was very hospitable, both at the hotel and restaurant. The French restaurant they have on property is amazing, phenomenal food, and the service was excellent. A perfect place for us to celebrate our 20th anniversary.

Highly recommended

We stayed at this hotel for 6 days. The location is excellent by the Shonan beach and the view from the room was very nice. More importantly, the hotel staff members are customer focused and make sure every customer feels special. I would stay at this hotel again when I visit Kamakura again in the future.

Nice hotel - clean with friendly staff. The room smelled a little musty and was a bit dated but very comfortable and clean. We had breakfast at the hotel - it was a little expensive for wha my we got considering we had already paid $291 to stay the night.

The staff was remarkable. The room was beautiful. Walking along the ocean and being away from the crowds was lovely. If you’re looking for something convenient to transportation this option is not the most convenient. It’s what we wanted , just be aware .

This was a beautiful hotel! We had a great little sitting area with a view of the ocean. The property is on the older side but in excellent condition. We didn't get to try the food but the restaurant looked wonderful.

掃除や手入れが徹底されており快適に過ごせました。 ただ、夜中に警報器が鳴り（４回ほど）、結局は誤報だったようですが、宿泊客がざわつきました。 夜中に起こされ、不安な思いをして、それに関してお詫びだけで、フォローがないのはちょっと疑問でした。 それ以外は、フロント、レストランなと接客が素晴らしかったです。
