"We had a very nice stay. Started and ended with the warm welcome of Manasvi. In the restaurant we were welcomed with a smile every time by Ms. Thani at the restaurant welcome desk who was very hospitable and good for a small chat to provide good info about what to do in the evening in the hotel. Lokesh helped us very well at the dining table and frequently asking kindly if anything else is needed. The highlight of service was a girl from Mussoori - we did not catch her name at the several times we met, since it was at closing time and we were engaged in conversation or she brought us something to try as well. She is very service oriented, works with a smile and is very enthusiastic about her work and that of the whole restaurant team. Keep up the good work 😃The buffet is highly recommended and don’t forget to grab a fresh masala chai."

"Fantastic hotel close to Mumbai airport. Clean, large rooms, lovely bathroom, friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommend the evening buffet - amazing selection and absolutely delicious, also offered live preparation counters. Views from rooftop are spectacular. Highly recommend and would return when arriving into Mumbai."

"If you are looking for a serene hotel with fabulous staff and clean surroundings in Mumbai then this is the hotel for you. It was the first time staying at a Taj hotel group hotel and all I can say is that if this hotel is anything to go by, I will be reappearing it. The room was clean, great breakfasts daily, and lovely facilities. I was even fortunate to use the spa facilities which were first class. I had Reduka do my nails and Angel a scrub and wrap and both were excellent. I wish I’d gone to the spa sooner as it’s so luxurious. The nicest part is that it’s a quiet, area away from the car horns and people. "

"The hotel was good overall. The gym and pool were very good. The rooms are fine but lack good work area and storage. The breakfast is good not great, service was very slow on cooked to order items. The worst thing is they gave my checked in suitcase to another guest and we are still trying to recover it. They didn’t check the claim check which is completely unacceptable."
