Apartment Maria, Kali, Island Ugljan

Thank you for taking time to take a look on our apartments. We have six separate apartments in our complex. Each apartment has balcony with breath taking view! If you are interested you can also have,with additional paying, breakfast and dinner. Pet are also allowed but again with additional paying. We hope that you will come and visit us on our little island, we have everything you need for peaceful and again joyful and crazy summer, also take a look on private boat tours that we offer you!

The space
Every apartment is equiped with kitchen ( including a fridge) tv flat screen, satalite etc. and almost every room has its own balcony.

Beach is only 200 m away or if you prefer you can also go to sandy beach. We are very close to Zadar, only 20 minutes by ferry or bout which takes you directly to center, Old city of Zadar. If you are interested we also have little, private bout trips with our tourists!
There are lot of sport activities for you (scuba diving, jet ski, bicycling,hiking, sailing...) but also fiestas every night and wonderful restaurants near the sea!

Private boat trip with skipper Zlatko Franov on his traditional boat (8,5m). Zlatko picks you up in the old harbor Fośa in Zadar, then it goes to Preko on the island Ugljan past the offshore island Ośljac. For typical Croatian lunch in Kali Isabella Franov welcomes you in her apartment house, from where you can enjoy the breathtaking view over the bay to Zadar. After lunch we will snorkel in a sandy bay for swimming and relax in the direction of Kukljica, between the islands of Paśman and Ugljan. After a refreshing swim, Zlatko heads for Zadar and then along the coast, which invites you to stay longer, to Zadar in the Old Port Fośa. Once there, an unforgettable day with good friends ends.

Second possible tour goes through Long Island to National park Kornati, one of the most magical places in Croatia. This group of more than 100 islands and cliffs will seduce you at first sight as you ride along.
Price for that tour is 200 € plus extra price of the ticket for the park and lunch on some of the Kornati islands!
There is also possibility of not entering the Park just tour to islands near the Kornati for that you just send us mesagge with your request!

Other things to note
But there are also lot of other attractions and activities that Zadar offers!

River Zrmanja is just 50 min driving distance from Zadar, you can spend a day on a water safari canoeing along Croatia's Zrmanja river as you encounter waterfalls and easy rapids, hidden swimming pools, and a steep-sided canyon!

Further more, you can have daily excursion on Plitvice Lakes, breathtaking beauty of Croatia’s Dinaric Mountains where you walk in beautiful surroundings of forests of green. See the terraced lakes and waterfalls of crystal clear water flowing through a vast and lush environment.

There are many more possibilities that Zadar offers like Krka, little islands that you can visits in Zadar archipelago, taste homemade local olive oil and vine etc.
