"NEVER GO TO VILLA PLAT!!! First trip to Croatia and very very dissapointed by the way some (especially in Villa Plat) are treating their customers. You need to be alert on every single detail because their only goal is to rob you. Airport transfer, cleaning fees they ask while they are not cleaning the room. I'm really pissed. "

"Vi bokade ett rum, det som inte framkom förrän kvällen innan vi skulle Checka in vara att vi skulle få ett annat. Utan balkong( 1:a våning) och givetvis då också utan utsikt. Då vi protesterade kunde vi få ett annat rum i ett annat hus, vilket vi ville se först innan vi bestämde oss. "This is a great house for a family holiday. The owner is very welcoming and makes you feel at home. The house has everything you need. The pool and hotub are fantastic and the outdoor entertainment area is lovely and relaxing to spend an evening (just remember to pack some mosquito repellent!). The neighborhood is quite as it's a good 30 minute walk from the centre."

"Lovely house, very large spaces and nicely furnished. Very comfortable beds and amazing showers. Various outside furnished seating areas, including around the wonderfully clean pool. The games room and gym were an added bonus. Restaurants and bars less than 15 minutes walk away, all in all we had a fabulous experience and would very happily recommend Villa Amarena. "

"Wir trafen auf eine recht hochwertiges Anwesen, mit einer recht engen Zufahrt aber einen geräumigen Wohn- und Gartenbereich. Die Vermieter sind wirklich top! Freundlich und hilfsbereit. MIt 12 Personen ist es hier wirklich nicht zu voll. Rund 300 meter vom Meer entfernt (Kies), kann man hier wunderbar relaxen. Wir überlegen wieder zu kommen. Danke nochmal."

"The property itself is nice. Conveniently located and well-maintained. However, it is next to a dog breeder. You will hear dogs barking all night. The pool is lovely but we were told that we could not wear sunscreen in it which is impossible as it is unshaded and we were there in the height of summer. To make matters worse the owner came to clean the pool which would be fine except that he complained to us that we had worn sunblock so it felt like a spy/invasion of privacy. I personally prefer...

"Not our best stay in Croatia. We spent one night in room 7. The room did not have any shower products. Towels were included but one seemed dirty. The upstairs loft area, seemed not to be cleaned for a while and full of dust. The double bed on the main floor was clean. Apartment right by the road. We had to close windows to prevent road noise. Weak somewhat noisy AC unit. Small room, but they have made efficient use of it. We did not try the breakfast as it seemed basic for the cost. Parking...
