Stayed at Petra in a sea view studio.for 10 nights. Was absolutely beautiful. Room had all amenities. Very clean & very well organised. Petra was available at all times if needed. Would definitely recommend. It just ticked all the boxes.

Nice and quiet neighbourhood, the room had cute, tasteful interior decor and modern shower. Host was chill. Had a great stay. Recommend coming here with a car to visit Zadar. There's free parking close to the old town so why not stay in a quiet, well-furnished room outside of the action.

Very clean, good parking

Good place for who has a car. Good parking spot and close enough to the city center. Very quiet and no outside noises. Very clean 100%. Has a supermarket right in front of the building which turned out to be very convenient.

Only accepts cash but you know it at the last min

Location was adequate, parking was spacious but the place was not fully booked. Room on the small side with a medium size balcony. Overall it was good value. Where they felt short was the service and responsiveness of the administration (owner). So it was never mentionned but after the stay was marked as "in" that they would only accept euros. Had I knew I would have planned more euros from back home at a decent rate. In the end it just seems like a strategy by the owner to avoid third party cost at the expense of the client who generally expect to be able to pay with a credit card nowadays. This is a lack of transparency in my opinion.

Wondering Stay in Zadar

My stay was such a blessing. Traveling solo, safety and navigating your way around is always a concern. I reached out to the apartment hotel prior to my arrival and my host Christine took care of me as if I was a family member. She answered all my questions and gave me options of things to do. My flight came in real late, she arranged for a taxi (Jadera) to pick me up, the driver had my name typed on a tablet so I could identify him quickly, very professional. Christine placed my key in a location where I can get to my room and relax. The apartment was clean and very welcoming, loved the balcony seaview. There is a supermarket across the street from the apartment to buy food and drinks. There is a peeble beach 5 minute walk away from the apartment and very peaceful. A restaurant is across the street from the beach. Her brother Mark drove me to the airport to return home, such a nice family. My overall stay and trip was amazing, it was 3 full days where I got to go down to Old Town, tour Plitvice Lake National Park (so worth the views), and a relaxing beach day. I highly recommend this apartment hotel and looking forward to my next visit.

We had a great Stay Petra was super helpful and the flat was perfect. The view was amazing. It's in a great area with amazing restaurants in walking distance. Courtyard parking was a nice bonus.

Good beach vibe

Very nice building in a very beach community. It was being managed for the owner by a young couple. Lucas was doing his best but needs a little direction in how to host. I was given apt 5 upstairs on the top floor. Great big balcony overlooking the water. Dining area. Small kitchen with small refrigerator. Rather small bedroom. Average size bathroom. Unfortunately the shower drain was not functional so the whole floor floods with each use. It is a shame because the area and building is very nice. Just needs some attention to details.

Ons verblijf in Zadar was geweldig! Het appartement was splinternieuw en prachtig ingericht, met alle voorzieningen die we nodig hadden. De locatie was ideaal om de stad te verkennen. De gastvrouw was ontzettend lief en behulpzaam, en stond altijd klaar om ons te helpen. Ze gaf ons proactief geweldige tips over wat er te doen was in de omgeving, wat ons verblijf nog leuker maakte. We voelden ons hier helemaal thuis dankzij haar zorg en aandacht. Echt een aanrader voor iedereen die Zadar wil bezoeken!

Rent och trivsamt med bra service

Trevligt bemötande och utmärkt skick på rum med städning, utrustning i rum/kök/badrum. Livsmedelsbutik rakt över gatan. Bara 5 min till "Borik beach" och busshållplats till Zadar city strax intill stranden. Snabb respons via tel och även whatsapp vid frågor.

1 week geweest, bij binnenkomst op de eerste dag waten we een beetje laat, kregen direct een maaltijd aangeboden, super lekker ook!!! Kamers zeer netjes, douche lekker warm, aorco op de kamer werkte perfect, zelfs usb te gebruiken op de tv. Echt een aanrader !!!! Komen volgend jaar weer !!
