Come and stay at this beautifully decorated one-bedroom & enjoy paradise only steps from the beach! Enjoy the Sunsets from the lanai and relax to the Hawaiian trade winds. This one-bedroom is perfect for you and your family to visit Kona. Stay at Alii Villas, a complex right on the ocean & enjoy a morning walk to the beach. You are minutes away from the main shops of Ali'i Drive making this space very convenient! We invite you and your family to relax in this 1 bedroom suited for up to 5 guests!

Pets:
Pets under 25 lbs are allowed in the unit. Please note that you need to request a form from us and fill it out for Alii Villas management approval. (One pet per unit policy)(Pitbull terries and Rottweilers are not allowed)

Gorgeous property and quiet surroundings. We had more complementary amenities than a hotel would offer. Kids loved the pool. Easy to get to with our own parking spot right next to our door.

Wonderful Ali'i Villa Stay

We love staying at Ali'i Villa condos, and Paul's condo was no exception. We love having the washer/dryer, and the designated parking spot. We had everything we needed for our Big Island stay. Paul was so accommodating when we had a little issue while there. He did everything he could do to remedy the situation in a timely and friendly manner. We had plenty of plates, cups, and utensils for meals, but would have liked a smaller skillet and a few more basic seasonings like pepper. There were plenty of basics like soaps, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, dish detergent, trash bags, etc. We appreciate the cleanliness of the condo and love the grounds and the pool and how well kept they are, and we enjoy gathering for the sunset at night. The location is safe and close to so many things, too. Paul was a wonderful host, and we are already set to return next year.

Aloha Vibes

Great location! Condo had everything needed, was like being in a home with all the necessities. Short drive to all the happening hot spots. Beautiful beaches close by. Great sunset view from patio. Would definitely stay here again. Paul was awesome, and made us feel welcomed with his Aloha Spirit.

Like a second home

Great location right by the sea where you can see the sunset very well every night. The room was great as well - it is provided with everything you need for making food and beach supplies like chairs and sand toys as well. The host also kept in constant contact and was very considerate, doing everything he could to make our stay better which was greatly appreciated. We had a great stay here and hope to return someday

We enjoyed staying at ali’i villa and very grateful for Paul for hosting us! He helped a lot. The place had everything we needed just wish there was some boogie boards and snorkels for us whenever we went to the beach but it was no biggie. The only downside that I didn’t like was in the bathroom the shower liner needs to be changed out because it looked moldy but overall our stay was great for 6 days! Would definitely come back.

Prefect in Paradise

I booked very late with little reviews, a little apprehensive. I shouldn’t have been, the owners communication was impeccable, proactive and helpful all through my stay. The unit is fantastic,,really well stocked, so much I even cooked in a few times. Lots of towels, supplies and hot water! Great coffee machine and the most amazing TV. On site parking right by the unit, great pool and AC. Laundry in the unit too. If was staying in Kona again, I’d look at this unit for availability straight away. You won’t be disappointed you stayed here!
