The only drawback is that Niseko is very quiet in early June, with the restaurants in the hotel and most in the surrounding closed. The coffee shop in Chatrium re-opens in mid-June while other restaurants in Hirafu also re-open thereafter."

The ski concierge and hire service was also very useful. Prices for ski hire were competitive except for helmets which were a lot cheaper to hire elsewhere eg Rhythm"
