Pros: ski in ski out, shuttle service to hirafu, decent breakfast, nice onsen Cons: niseko village is not as convenient as hirafu for food, the hotel is a bit old

Location was great. Hotel is a little dated. Bad design on the bedside cabinet drawer handles combine with a broken drawer slide resulted in my partner injuring her hand and thus limited her hand movements and allowing her to snowboard comfortabaly.

A great ski in ski out resort.....Great experience to relax in the onsen after a day of skiing or snow boarding to relieve muscle pain.
