Everything was great. Except one trivia thing if I have to say is that no found of a full-length dressing mirror in the room. The food was great, the staff in the restaurant were friendly. Plan to come back again.
The hotel itself is cozy and pretty.
The lobby is smaller than I thought, but a comfy place to relax.
The staff weren't really welcoming, though. (Probably because we were foreigners?)
I would expect them to be more accommodating and hospitable considering the ritz carlton value
Beautiful property with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious with incredible views and food is excellent. Nice spa but gym is too small and lacks equipment. Ski in ski out except when gondola doesn’t work because of high winds ( tends to happen often). My only complaint with this property is that it should have several vans to take you into town , because taxis are scarce and public transportation not very good
Loved the property and stunning view. The staff was excellent, professional and attentive. We enjoyed our stay and all its amenities and delicious food. The property is far from the village, dining and shopping area, which is fine, probably part of the charm. However, the ski in /ski out was limited... various days during our stay the lifts that connect the hotel to the rest of the mountain were closed due to strong winds. Therefore came the hassle to get around the ski resort. Transportation to and from the hotel to Niseko village is scarce. You either need to catch a crowded bus with a limited schedule or reserve a private car, which is not always available. Most times you need to book a ride a day in advance. This was highly inconvenient and irritating.
We had a great time at this hotel. It’s perfect for family ski trip. The lift was a few steps away and rental facilities were inside the hotel. The views were spectacular and the staff so accommodating and friendly. The restaurant food was really good, and we loved their breakfast buffet. It snowed the whole time we were there so it felt like you were inside a snow globe!
Comparing Price, It is Literally Worthless. Really Really Over Priced. Cannot See outside on private onsen because they dont use Prevention of fogging... Public Onsen So small. and not good interior. Service is Really Not professinal. What is This Price????
